Admission

  1. Admission Requirements :
    • Ensure that your child(s) meet the age requirements according to the class level.
  2. Placement Test :
    • You must fill in the placement test form
    • A fee of USD 50 will be charged for taking the placement test papers (English and Mathematics). Test date will be fixed upon receipt of this amount.
      1. If your child is accepted by the school, this amount will be credited to the registration fee.
      2. If you do not confirm and complete the registration of your child within stipulated deadline, this amount is non – refundable.
      3. If you have requested for a higher level than what the school has recommended, your child sits for the test as requested and does not pass, your child will be recommended to be at a lower level. If you refused to accept the recommended level by the school and you withdraw your child as a result, the USD 50 will not be refunded.
      4. If your child sits for the test as recommended by the school and does not pass, the school will reject your application based on the outcome of the test or may recommend that your child be admitted to a lower level. If you reject the recommendation of the school and you withdraw your child, the USD 50 will be refunded to you.
  3. Confirmation of Student Registration:
    • It will take 3 – 5 days to release the result after the placement test.
    Should your child pass the placement test,
    • you must fill in the application form;
    • you must fill in the Confirmation of Student Registration form including the Term and Payment of Fees Form.
  4. School Fees Payment
    • You must fill in the Letter of Offer together with the school fees payment.
    • You are required to sign both copies of the Letter of Offer.
  5. Documents
    • You must attach the following documents :
      1. Copy of birth certificate of child
      2. Copy of parents' ID (both)
      3. Recent passport size photo of child (2) and parents (1 each)
      4. Child's result slips from current school (if applicable)
      5. Copy of Family Card (KK)
